Chicken eggs present an ideal alternative antibody source to mammals, as the IgY in the chicken's blood is transported to the egg and accumulates in the egg yolk in large quantities. The existence of an IgG like molecule in avian eggs, referred to as IgY, has been well documented in recent studies and extensive research has been carried out on its characterization, production and purification. The yolks of eggs laid by immunized chicken have been recognized as an excellent source of polyclonal antibodies for over a decade. This simple non invasive approach presents an appealing alternative to conventional polyclonal antibody production methods. The use of immunoglobulin therapy broadens the arsenal available to combat pathogens in medicine and IgY is a promising candidate, both as an alternative to antibiotics and as a useful tool in research and diagnostics.Keywords

A solar tracking system for renewable energy is designed and built to collect free energy from the sun. Store it in the battery, and convert this energy to alternating current (AC). The system is tested for real-time responsiveness, reliability, stability, and safety. To fabricate a DC motor control interfaced with remote controller. To construct a model prototype solar cell movement systems with a mechanical assemble to move the panel from one direction to another. To design an electronic circuit to sense the intensity of light and to control DC motor driver for the panel movement. The additional feature of this project is the optimal battery charging. Optimum battery charging is a process of preventing the battery overcharging. It increases the life of the battery. Land Rovers are usually powered by using rechargeable batteries. By using a microcontroller, the battery voltage can be monitored. It helps us to disconnect the charging circuit when the battery is full and connect it when the battery is low beyond the threshold voltage. In order to charge the battery with less effort, solar charging can be employed. Solar Panels can be employed on the top of the rover. For improving the efficiency solar tracking can be used. The light sensors employed on the robot finds the direction of highest light intensity. The positioning system relocates the solar panel to capture the solar energy. The robot uses gear motors for navigation. The objective of this work is to decrease the troubles confronted by outwardly debilitated individuals while boarding in city transports, utilizing an intuitive remote correspondence framework. The framework contained a client module and a transport module to give an immediate coordinated association to diminish the existing challenges with a new many-to-numerous correspondence. When the client triggers the switch, the client module promptly conveys the data. In the event that the transport module gets the coordinated flag, it hums and shows the notice in the display to advise the transport driver that somebody is holding up to blind people on the transport.
